Mother's Day Lunch
This Mother's Day falls on Sunday 30th March and we invite you to celebrate with us in One Square Brasserie.
Our exquisite endless Sunday feast will be waiting to welcome you and your family, this time accompanied by a hand-crafted welcome drink for the special lady of the day (and special lady of all days, let's be honest!), plus a gift from us to her; a small gesture for a memorable mother.
We will have live music from jazz quartet, the Viper Swings, and our team of staff will be attentively on hand to make sure your afternoon revolves around you and your family to create lasting memories with all of those who count.

Savour an irresistible selection of savory sandwiches, delicate pastries, and artisanal tartlets, each served with a touch of storytelling magic. Inspired by Edinburgh’s rich heritage as a UNESCO City of Literature, every bite weaves a tale, offering a truly unique culinary experience.
Choose from our selection of JING Teas - single origin and single garden teas, selected from Asia's best tea regions. All served in a unique ‘Tea-iere' - the ultimate modern tea infuser that gives leaves space to infuse with beautiful colour and flavour.
Our Afternoon Tea is served with a glass of JING Jasmine Pearls Sparkling Tea and hot JING tea of your choice - £59pp.
A full vegetarian Afternoon Tea is also available.

Enjoy an elegant two-course brunch with La Garde Écossaise Champagne.
Served in One Square Bar, begin with a sharing platter of fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes and more, followed by a delightful brunch dish of your choice. All accompanied by a glass of your favourite Champagne, La Garde Écossaise. Or upgrade to 1/2 bottle per person for an additional £22 each.

Enjoy an endless Sunday feast with family and live jazz in One Square Brasserie. The first Sunday of every month we serve carvery-style, including an array of starters, sides and all the trimmings from roast potatoes to seasonal vegetables, and of course, Yorkshire puddings and lashings of gravy.
Complete with an extensive dessert choice from our ice cream cart, chocolate fountain, selection of Scottish cheeses, and other sweet treats from our buffet.

Led by our resident experts, you'll learn about the processes involved in gin distillation and other spirits, and have the chance to indulge your senses as you get to know what makes each so distinctive.
The perfect way to sample some of our current favourite serves with paired canapés, whilst getting better acquainted with this most intriguing of spirits.
