Introducing our new Taittinger Terrace at One Square. We have partnered with Taittinger Champagne to introduce our newly refreshed terrace. Set against iconic Edinburgh Castle views the terrace offers a refined yet relaxed al fresco experience, featuring a wood-fired pizza oven and a seasonal summer pizza and barbecue menu. The space features heaters and blankets to ensure comfort throughout.

One Square Gin is our very own small-batch gin, created in partnership with Pickering’s Gin at Summerhall Distillery in Edinburgh. Inspired by Edinburgh’s rich trading heritage and a shared passion for exceptional gin, we selected over 15 botanicals from across the world to craft a distinctive, easy-drinking spirit. Notes of juniper, Scottish heather, citrus and warm spices come together in a refreshing gin that captures the spirit of One Square
