Served carvery style, an impressive and mouth-watering array of starters, salads, meats and all the trimmings, from duck fat roast potatoes to homemade Yorkshire puddings and seasonal vegetables, are presented for guests to indulge in. Chefs will carve up seasonal prime cuts each week like roast Orkney beef and marmalade glazed pork loin, and a sommelier is on hand to suggest the ideal wine pairing from an extensive and unique selection. Then there's the dessert station, which comes complete with an ice cream cart, chocolate fountain, selection of fine Scottish cheeses, and an irresistible selection of sweet treats, straight from the pastry kitchen.

There's also a Market Menu served Monday - Friday, 4-6pm offering a refined and seasonally changing selection of dishes, with 2 courses available for just £18.
