Step into a capsule of flavour as we mark our 40th birthday with a playful afternoon tea inspired by the past four decades. From the bold, eclectic tastes of the 80s to today's refined classics, each bite is a nod to the eras that shapes us.
Choose from our selection of JING Teas - single origin and single garden teas, selected from Asia's best tea regions. All served in a unique ‘Tea-iere' - the ultimate modern tea infuser that gives leaves space to infuse with beautiful colour and flavour.
Our Afternoon Tea is served with a glass of JING Jasmine Pearls Sparkling Tea and hot JING tea of your choice - £59pp.
A full vegetarian Afternoon Tea is also available.

Enjoy an endless Sunday feast with family and live jazz in One Square Brasserie. The first Sunday of every month we serve carvery-style, including an array of starters, sides and all the trimmings from roast potatoes to seasonal vegetables, and of course, Yorkshire puddings and lashings of gravy.
Complete with an extensive dessert choice from our ice cream cart, chocolate fountain, selection of Scottish cheeses, and other sweet treats from our buffet.

Led by our resident experts, you'll learn about the processes involved in gin distillation and other spirits, and have the chance to indulge your senses as you get to know what makes each so distinctive.
